Acryl 60
An acrylic-polymer emulsion that is mixed with portland cement mortars, plasters, stucco, and concrete mixes. Acryl® 60 improves the adhesion, cohesion, tensile, compressive, and flexural strengths of these cement-based materials. This nonyellowing, water-base material is suitable for applications interior and exterior, above and below grade. Acryl® 60 produces a hard, strong, and fast cure for a wide variety of concrete-repair and cement-based coating materials.

Waterplug
Waterplug® is a one-component, quick-setting, Portland-cement-based hydraulic repair mortar that instantly stops running water through holes or cracks in concrete or masonry. It expands as it sets to lock into place even under constant water pressure. It conforms to NSF Standard 61 for Drinking Water System Components.

Emaco R300
Emaco® R300 CI repair mortar is a one-component thixotropic polymer-modified cement-based profiling mortar with an integral corrosion inhibitor. Emaco® R300 CI is used for leveling or resurfacing distressed concrete both interior and exterior. It is shrinkage compensated, fast setting, and chloride and carbon resistant.

Set® 45 and Set® 45 HW
Set® 45 is a one-component magnesium phosphate-based patching and repair mortar. This concrete repair and anchoring material sets in approximately 15 minutes and takes rubber-tire traffic in 45 minutes. It comes in two formulations: Set® 45 Regular for ambient temperatures below 85° F (29° C) and Set® 45 Hot Weather for ambient temperatures ranging from 85 to 100° F (29 to 38° C).

Masterflow® 713 Plus
 
Masterflow® 713 Plus is a cement-based grout with specially graded mineral aggregates. It can be used at any consistency from fluid to damp pack for applications that require precision support and early form stripping or shoulder trimming. Where early form removal is not required but extended working time is needed, use Masterflow® 928. Masterflow® 713 Plus meets all of the requirements of CRD-C 621, Grades B and C, Corps of Engineers Specification for Nonshrink Grout and ASTM C 1107, Grades B and C.

Nonshrink gypsum cement anchor for interior applications or well-protected exterior applications. In a ready-to-use formulation, POR-ROK achieves a compressive strength in excess of 62 MPa (9,000 psi).  Initial set occurs in 15 minutes and a final set in 45 minutes.
